Who can review
Only customers with a completed booking made through LongevityVeda can review that Provider or program, once per booking. Each review shows how it was collected.
What a review should contain
Honest, first-hand descriptions of your own experience: accommodation, program, food, staff, cleanliness, value and overall experience. You can add up to three photos.
What is not allowed
- Fake reviews, reviews written by or for the Provider, reviews of competitors, or reviews in exchange for payment, discounts or other incentives.
- Medical claims or advice (for example, "this cured my diabetes") or other people's health information. Describe your experience, not medical outcomes.
- Personal data of others, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene content, and anything prohibited by the Terms of Use.
- Photos showing other identifiable people without their permission.
Moderation
- Every review and photo is checked by a moderator before it is published. Photos stay private until approved.
- We do not edit the meaning of reviews and do not remove reviews just because they are negative. We may decline or remove reviews that break this policy.
- Providers can reply publicly and can report a review, but cannot remove it.
- Ratings are calculated only from published reviews of completed bookings. Paid plans and sponsorship never affect ratings.
Reporting a review
Use the "Report review" link on any review, or contact the contact email published on this page. Reports are handled as set out in the Terms of Use.
Ownership
Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of LongevityVeda. By posting, you grant LongevityVeda a licence to display your review as described in the Terms of Use.
