What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage.

Cookies we use

We use only cookies that are needed for the Platform to work. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

• lv_session (strictly necessary): keeps you signed in. Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. It lasts 7 days or until you sign out.
• lv_compare (functional): remembers up to three programs you add to Compare. It lasts 30 days.
• lv_prefs (functional): remembers your Find-your-experience answers if you are not signed in. HttpOnly. It lasts 180 days, and "Clear preferences" deletes it.

Sign-in with Google or Apple uses a one-time security value stored on our server, not a cookie.

Third parties

• If you pay online, the payment gateway (Razorpay or Paytm) may set its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention, under its own policy.
• Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address but does not set cookies through our pages.
• Embedded provider videos (for example YouTube) may set cookies under the video host's policy when you play them.

Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again. Because we use no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie-consent banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
