Onboarding and Listing Terms for Facilitators and Resorts

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Contact: the contact email published on this page

These terms apply when you (a wellness facilitator, practitioner, centre or resort owner, "you") submit an onboarding application to be listed on LongevityVeda, operated by LongevityVeda ("LongevityVeda", "we", "us"). They sit alongside our Terms of Use, Provider Agreement, Privacy Policy, Medical and Health Disclaimer and Review Policy.

1. Accurate information

You confirm that everything you submit (names, qualifications, certifications, AYUSH/NABH or other accreditations, prices, locations, photos and descriptions) is true, current and not misleading, and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the practice or property. You will tell us promptly if anything changes.

2. Your services, your responsibility

You are an independent business. You alone are responsible for the services you offer, how you deliver them, the safety of your guests and clients, and for holding every licence, registration, permission, insurance and tax registration (including GST where applicable) that your work or property legally needs. LongevityVeda is a directory and marketplace; it does not provide, supervise or guarantee any wellness or health service.

3. No medical claims

You must not claim, on LongevityVeda or in material you give us, that any program, therapy, product or stay diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, or guarantee any health outcome, weight loss or "reversal" of a condition. Describe what you offer factually. Where a service needs a qualified medical or AYUSH practitioner, say who provides it and their qualification. Claims must comply with Indian law, including the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

4. Review, editing and removal

Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing. We may review your application, ask for documents, verify details, edit listing text for clarity, accuracy, length or compliance, and accept, reject, suspend or remove any listing at any time, including where information is inaccurate, complaints are received, or these terms are breached. A verification badge is only shown where we have actually checked the stated item.

5. Content and photos

You keep ownership of the text, logos and photos you provide. You confirm you own them or have permission to use them (including permission from any identifiable person in a photo). You give LongevityVeda a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, crop, translate and reproduce that content on the Platform and in LongevityVeda marketing (website, newsletters and social media) for as long as you are listed and for a reasonable period afterwards to remove it. You can ask us to remove specific content at any time.

6. Reviews

Guests may post reviews of your practice or property under our Review Policy. You may not post reviews of your own business, offer incentives for positive reviews, or pressure guests to change or remove reviews. We do not remove genuine reviews because they are negative; you may reply publicly or report a review that breaks the policy.

7. Fees

Listing on LongevityVeda is currently free. No fee, commission or subscription is charged unless you agree to a paid plan or featured placement with us in writing. Booking deposits paid by guests, where enabled, work as described in the Provider Agreement. We will give you notice before introducing any fee that applies to you, and you may leave instead.

8. Privacy and data (DPDP Act, 2023)

We process the personal data in your application (such as names, email, phone/WhatsApp and location) to assess your application, create and manage your listing, contact you about it and meet legal obligations, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy. Business details you mark for your listing will be shown publicly; your private contact details are not published unless you ask. If you tick "consent to be contacted", we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your application and listing. You may withdraw consent, or ask to access, correct or erase your data, by writing to the contact email published on this page. If you share guest or client data with us, you confirm you have the right to do so.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LongevityVeda is not liable for your services, for disputes between you and your guests, for loss of business or profits, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with your listing is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify LongevityVeda against claims arising from your services, your content or your breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Ending your listing

You may ask us to remove your listing at any time. We may end it under section 4. Sections 5 (for the removal period), 6, 9 and 11 continue after it ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be confirmed], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law rights. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to be listed after an update means you accept it.
