Provider Agreement and Listing Terms
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Contact: the contact email published on this page
1. Agreement
These Listing Terms form an agreement between you (the business or individual creating a provider account, the "Provider") and LongevityVeda. They apply together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Review Policy. By ticking the acceptance box at registration you confirm that you accept them and that you have authority to bind your business.
2. What LongevityVeda provides
LongevityVeda provides an online listing, discovery, enquiry and booking-request service. LongevityVeda is an intermediary. It does not provide your services, does not supervise you, and is not a party to your contracts with customers.
3. Your responsibilities
- Hold, and keep current, every licence, registration, permit, insurance policy and qualification your services require in each place you operate (for example under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, state Clinical Establishments rules, food safety, tourism and tax laws).
- Make sure practitioners are qualified for what they do, and that any medical services are delivered or supervised by appropriately registered professionals.
- Keep listings accurate, complete and up to date: services, inclusions, prices, taxes, availability, location, accommodation, food, and your cancellation and refund policy.
- Honour bookings you confirm, on the terms you published.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and treat customers fairly, safely and without discrimination.
- Use customer personal data only to respond to and fulfil the enquiry or booking, keep it secure, and comply with the DPDP Act 2023 and other privacy laws as an independent data fiduciary.
4. Content rules and health claims
- You are solely responsible for your content and claims. Content must be truthful and must not be misleading.
- Do not claim or imply that any program cures, treats, reverses or prevents a disease or ageing, guarantees weight loss or a longer life, or replaces medical care, and comply with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and ASCI guidelines.
- Do not post prohibited content listed in the Terms of Use.
- LongevityVeda may moderate, label, edit for formatting, decline, hide or remove content, and may suspend listings that break these terms or the law.
5. Licence to display
You keep ownership of your content. You grant LongevityVeda the licence to display it described in section 6 of the Terms of Use, and you confirm you have the rights to grant it, including permission from people shown in photos.
6. Verification
Verification is optional, is based on the documents and checks described on How verification works, and may be withdrawn if information turns out to be inaccurate. A paid plan never buys verification. You must not misrepresent your verification status.
7. Free listing, guest deposit and balance
- Listing on LongevityVeda is free. There is no listing fee, no required subscription and no commission on the balance.
- To secure a booking, the guest pays LongevityVeda a booking deposit online (currently 10% of the booking total (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹25,000, for bookings priced in INR), unless a different amount is shown for a specific program). The deposit is LongevityVeda's fee for arranging the booking and is retained by LongevityVeda. It is not paid on to you and does not reduce what the guest owes you beyond the deposit amount shown.
- The guest pays you the balance (total price less the deposit) directly at your property. You are responsible for collecting it, issuing receipts and invoices, and for your taxes, including GST, on amounts you receive.
- Your published price is the total price the guest pays. You must not ask the guest to pay the deposit again, add undisclosed charges, or encourage guests to book outside the Platform to avoid the deposit for bookings that started on the Platform.
- Once the deposit is paid, you can see the guest's contact details. Use them only for that booking.
- In your dashboard, you must promptly mark each booking as "balance collected", "no-show" or cancelled.
- Deposit refunds: If the Provider cancels, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel 14 or more days before the start date, it is refunded in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, it is not refunded. If you don't arrive (a no-show), it is not refunded. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the guest's deposit is refunded and you must refund anything else the guest paid you. Repeated cancellations or misuse may lead to suspension.
- You must publish a clear cancellation and refund policy for amounts paid to you, and honour it.
8. Optional paid visibility
Featured placement is optional and off by default. If you choose it, its price, period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before you agree, it is always labelled "Sponsored", and it never affects verification, ratings or organic ranking.
9. Reviews
Only customers with a completed booking can review you. You may reply publicly and report reviews you believe break the Review Policy. You must not offer incentives for positive reviews or post reviews of your own business or competitors.
10. Indemnity and liability
You indemnify LongevityVeda against claims arising from your services, your content, your dealings with customers, and your breach of these terms or the law. LongevityVeda's liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your listing at any time. We may suspend or remove listings for breach, for safety reasons, on receiving a lawful order, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city to be confirmed], India have jurisdiction.
