Refunds and Cancellations

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Contact: the contact email published on this page

How payment works

  • Deposit (paid online now): a small booking deposit, currently 10% of the booking total (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹25,000, for bookings priced in INR), unless a different amount is shown for a specific program, paid to LongevityVeda by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet (Razorpay or Paytm). It is LongevityVeda's fee and secures your booking.
  • Balance (paid at the property): the rest of the total, paid directly to the Provider when you arrive or as the Provider's policy says.
  • Every booking screen, confirmation and email shows the total, the deposit paid now and the balance due at the property.
  • Until online deposits are switched on, you can send a booking request without paying anything.

When the deposit is refunded

If the Provider cancels, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel 14 or more days before the start date, it is refunded in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, it is not refunded. If you don't arrive (a no-show), it is not refunded.

  • Approved deposit refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 working days.
  • If you were charged twice or in error, we refund the extra amount.

Amounts paid to the Provider

Refunds of anything you paid the Provider (the balance, extras, or advance payments the Provider asked for) follow the Provider's own cancellation and refund policy, shown on the program page and at booking. The Provider issues those refunds directly.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Account › Bookings and open the booking.
  2. Choose "Cancel this booking". We show you whether the deposit is refundable before you confirm.
  3. The Provider is notified. Ask the Provider about anything you paid them directly.

If the Provider cancels or you're marked as a no-show by mistake

If the Provider cancels, your deposit is refunded under the rules above. If you believe a no-show was recorded wrongly, contact us within 14 days and we will review it with the Provider.
